Yes, I was just about to mention this. Another dangerous cliff to fall
of: SGML DTDs are more "powerful" than XML DTDs. AFAIK it's not possible
to exactly mimic DocBook SGML with DocBook XML, sos there are corner
cases where a document is valid SGML but not valid XML (even with all
the tags closed etc.)
