The command with which I run omega is:

/usr/lib/cgi-bin/omega/omega 'HITSPERPAGE=10'
'DB=site_106/site_270/site_25601/site_25631/site_25661/site_25691/site_25721/site_25751/site_25781/site_25811/site_25841/site_25871/site_25901/site_25931/site_25961/site_25991/site_26022/site_26052/site_26082/site_26113/site_26143/site_26173/site_26233/site_26263/site_26293/site_26353/site_26383/site_26413/site_26443/site_26473/site_26503/site_26533/site_26563/site_26593/site_26623/site_26653/site_26683/site_26713/site_26743/site_26773/site_26803/site_26833/site_26893/site_26923/site_26953/site_26983/site_27013/site_27043/site_27073/site_27103/site_27133/site_27163/site_27193/site_27223/site_27253/site_27283/site_27313/site_27343/site_27374/site_27406/site_27436/site_27466/site_27496/site_27526/site_27556/site_27586/site_27616/site_27646/site_27676/site_27706/site_27736/site_27766/site_27796/site_27826/site_27856/site_27886/site_27916/site_27946/site_27976/site_28006/site_28046/site_28076/site_28106/site_28136/site_28168/site_28198/site_28228/site_28258/site_28288/site_28318/site_28348/site_28382/site_28412/site_28442/site_28472/site_28502/site_28532/site_28562/site_28592/site_28622/site_28652/site_28682/site_28712/site_28742/site_28772/site_28802/site_28832/site_28862/site_28892/site_28922/site_28952/site_28982/site_29012/site_29042/site_29072/site_29102/site_29132/site_29162/site_29192/site_29222/site_29252/site_29282/site_29312/site_29342/site_29372/site_29402/site_29432/site_29462/site_29492/site_29524/site_29554/site_29586/site_29616/site_29646/site_29676/site_29706/site_29736/site_29766/site_29796/site_29826/site_29856/site_29886/site_29916/site_29946/site_29976/site_30006/site_30036/site_30066/site_30096/site_30126/site_30156/site_30186/site_30216/site_30246/site_30276/site_30308/site_30338/site_30368/site_30398/site_30428/site_30458/site_30488/site_30518/site_30548/site_30578/site_30608/site_30638/site_30668/site_30698/site_30728/site_30758/site_30788/site_30818/site_30848/site_30878/site_30908/site_30938/site_30999/site_31029/site_31059/site_31089/site_31119/site_31149/site_31179/site_31209/site_31239/site_31273/site_31305/site_31335/site_31365/site_31395/site_31425/site_31485/site_31519/site_31549/site_31579/site_31609/site_31639/site_31669/site_31701/site_31731/site_31761/site_31791/site_31821/site_31851/site_31881/site_31911/site_31941/site_31973/site_32003/site_32033/site_32063/site_46595/site_46625/site_46655/site_48636/site_49125/site_52233/site_52318/site_57737/site_113556/site_113622/site_125992/site_130154/site_143762/site_143793/site_143824/site_147042/site_150421/site_155699/site_155747/site_156713/site_156752'
'FMT=pbsearch' 'DEFAULTOP=AND' 'P=test'/usr/lib/cgi-bin/omega/omega
'HITSPERPAGE=10'

The output omega gives me is:

couldn't be opened

Since I thought that this might not be the complete output I tried to
run the same command directly from the commandline (instead of a system
call from PHP). Odd enough the command went fine, returning all search
results for the query test on these databases.

So it must be in PHP I thought, but a simple script only running the
search command worked fine too. The only difference left between this
PHP script and the failing search page is apache.

Does anybody have a clue about what to look for next because I'm pretty
clueless at the moment :'(

Thanks,
Taco
