I believe you just file a bug in launchpad requesting the packages be
synced and explaining why it should be done.  Anyway, some kind person
has now done this.

Apologies - I'd generated all the new Packages files, but failed to run
the command to actually copy them to the webserver!

The updated Packages files are now live, so let me know if there are
any further problems.  For future reference it's tricky for anyone else
to update them because they're PGPed signed.
