Ah, no it's not listed to be packaged.  That presumably means that it
doesn't get installed anywhere either (since otherwise the packaging
script would complain about the file being installed but not packaged)
which should also be fixed.

Slightly safer would be to pull the file from the 0.9.10 sources, but I
suspect the latest SVN version will be OK currently.
