Please don't top-post, and please start new questions in a new thread
rather than responding to an existing one. These allow people to
assist you more easily.

What are you trying to achieve in converting a document to a query?
Are you trying to find similar documents? You can simply create an
OP_OR query using terms extracted from the document; but there may be
a better solution to your problem than this.

Note that 'document' has a specific meaning in Xapian, so it's
possible that I don't understand your question.
