The latter - it seems I managed to update the library versioning information
for xapian-core, but not the actual version number.  So it is the correct
code, but incorrectly claims to be 1.1.3.

I'm currently building an updated tarball which just has the version number
updated.  If you've already downloaded the above one, it's safe to use if you
can cope with the potential confusion.

Thanks for pointing out my error.  I will add a check to the script which
builds the release tarballs to prevent it happening again.
