 Ah, the issue is probably that the version of SWIG we're using doesn't
 handle nested classes.  There's improved support in newer SWIG, although
 not in a released version yet and I think it still has some limitations,
 so it's probably better to avoid adding such classes to the API.

 So yes, {{{Xapian::StemImplementation}}} seems good.
