 Bjorn Lamers reports that the prebuilt PHP bindings for Windows won't work
 on PHP 5.3.0 (the error is " PHP Startup: xapian: Unable to initialize
 module..."). Further investigation reveals the PHP module API has changed
 for 5.3.0 and is not backwards compatible. We'll probably need to build
 separate files for PHP 5.3.0.
