 Currently we're attempting to run xapdep inside a makefile; since xapdep
 attempts to attach dependencies to the end of this makefile, and nmake
 won't automatically reload the file, the dependencies may not be working
 as they should. Solution will be to run each nmake call twice, once to
 attach the dependencies, once to build the module.
