Comment:

 `FLAG_CJK_NGRAM` added in [e55890e7c485dd87d87c3b2f3c00ac7db4b91647].

 And I've spun off the mixed numbers issue as #699.

 The new flag seems worth backporting for 1.2.22, so setting milestone so
 we don't forget.
