 that's all strange, because till yesterday we've got it.
 find and locate commands ->no success
 we cannot execute yum install php-devel, so we are asking to VPS support
 why and let us do it.

 the php ini file we have found is in: /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/php.ini
 so in a plesk folder......
