 update: we've obtained to exec yum install php-devel to launch php-config,
 there were 2 version, one for plesk and another normal. we've used the
 plesk version. we arrived to configure/make/make install xapian-bindings
 --with-php with success, but....no xapian.so file found in the predefined
 php extension-dir.....
