[Xapian-devel] windows tests progress

Things are looking better on Windows.  apitest.exe now succeeds, meaning the
next stage of the tests are run.  'stemtest -v' now fails with:

Testing hungarian with fixed dictionary...
.\stemtest.cc:146: ((stem) == (expect))
Expected `stem' and `expect' to be equal: were aecXML and aecxml
...
stemtest total: 52 tests passed, 1 failed, 4 skipped.

stemtest is the only executable in the win32 'tests' directory that fails.
