That's an error in the stemming test data - the source vocabularies are
now expected to be lower case.  If you run "svn up" from the top level
of the checkout (the "xapian" directory which has "xapian-core" etc as
subdirectories) then that should fix this.  The source vocabularies are
in "xapian-data" below that.
