you can use the opensuse buildservice [0] too

suse linux 9.3->10.2
suse linux factory (Development branch)
suse linux enterprise 9/10
fc 5/6 (atm 4 too but it will be discontinued when it goes eol)
mandriva 2006
ubuntu drapper drake [1]
debian etch [1]

there is already a working spec for suse at least.
it can be easily modified to provide snapshot builds
